Vanessa Hudgens has revealed that Tom Cruise gave her some good advice.
The High School Musical star, 19, was at a Spice Girls reunion show earlier this year when the pair get chatting.
‘Tom was so sweet and such a nice guy,’ she says.
‘Just telling me there isn't much that you can do [about being in the limelight]. It's just part of your life now, so you have to accept it. He is an amazing guy and I look up to him.’
Vanessa also got to meet Tom's 2-year-old daughter Suri and wife Kate Holmes, 29.
‘I was [there] because Victoria Beckham invited me and Suri, Kate and Tom walk in,’ she tells Access Hollywood. ‘And I got to talk to them, they are all really great people.’
Vanessa stars in High School Musical 3: Senior Year with boyfriend Zac Efron, 20. The film is due for release later this month.
