Britain's Got Talent winner says people don't need to carry weapons
Tuesday, 15 July 2008
George Sampson says he is fed up of teenagers stabbing each other.
And the Britain's Got Talent winner urges people not to use weapons.
'Please put down the knives everyone - there is no need to carry one,' he says.
'People can find positive ways to deal with problems.'
George, 15, made the comments following the murder of Ben Kinsella, 16, who was knifed outside a London pub last month.
He was the brother of former EastEnders actress Brooke Kinsella, 24.
'What happened to Ben was terrible,' he tells The Sun. 'My best wishes go out to his family.'
