Britain's Got Talent winner to star in teen campaign
Thursday, 26 June 2008
George Sampson is set to become a teen millionaire overnight after striking a deal to be the new face of NatWest.
The Britain's Got Talent winner has signed a £1m contract to promote the bank’s teen products.
George, 14, will feature in a series of TV ads for the bank. He will also design a special debit card and have his face on another 5 cards.
'It’s absolutely mint,' he tells The Sun. 'I hope NatWest have enough cards — for all the girls, especially.'
And NatWest brand director Richard Taylor reckons they're onto a winner with George: 'He's incredibly popular among 11 to 18-year-olds.'
Meanwhile, previous Britain's Got Talent winner Paul Potts, 37, is having his life story turned into a film by Paramount Pictures.
