Singer says she feels suicidal after burglary at her Hollywood home

Courtney Love kept Kurt Cobain's ashes in a pink teddy bear

The ashes of Courtney Love's late husband Kurt Cobain are feared to have been taken by a crazed fan.

The singer, 43, kept his remains in a pink teddy bear-shaped bag along with a lock of his hair.

But 2 weeks ago her Hollywood home was ransacked and the bag was stolen, along with thousands of pounds worth of jewellery.

‘I can’t believe anyone would take Kurt’s ashes from me,’ she tells the News Of The World.

‘I find it disgusting and right now I'm suicidal. If I don’t get them back I don’t know what I’ll do.

‘They were all I had left of my husband. I used to take them everywhere with me just so I could feel Kurt was still with me. Now it feels like I've lost him all over again.’

Kurt rose to fame with rock band Nirvana in the 90s.

He killed himself with a shotgun in 1994 at the age of 27, while high on heroin.

He left behind daughter Frances Bean, now 15.
