Daniel Radcliffe couldn't resist the mince pies at Christmas and has developed love handles, claims a pal.
The Harry Potter star, 18, enjoyed letting himself go but now he's got to get back down the gym.
Dan has to look buff by the time he gets back on stage to take the lead role of a disturbed young man in Equus in New York.
In the dark drama, Dan gets completely naked – and the audience won't want to see a teenage star with wobbly bits.
‘He put on a lot of flab around his middle over Christmas, but starts rehearsals this summer for Equus on Broadway,’ a pal tells the Daily Mirror. ‘He wants to be in peak condition by then.’
Shame he can't just whip out his wand and magic it away.
