Harry Potter star buys Manhattan apartment

Daniel Radcliffe has splashed out £2.1m for a penthouse apartment in New York.
The Harry Potter star, 18, will be staying at the 2-bedroom 5th floor flat in Manhattan’s trendy SoHo district when he stars in hit play Equus on Broadway.
In the meantime, he will rent the property out for $20k (£10k) per month.
Daniel - who has an estimated fortune of £23m - will officially move in around September 2008.
The luxury pad comes with access to a 50-foot swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
