Demi Lovato 'totally fine' after car accident

Star not hurt in early morning scrape

Demi Lovato is dating Joe Jonas from The Jonas Brothers

Disney Channel star Demi Lovato, 17, experienced her first fender bender in Los Angeles Tuesday after admitting she was off to a slow start in the morning. 



"Today hasn't started off so great," Lovato Tweeted.

"I was so sleepy this morning I got in my first little accident in my car. "

Within hours the Sonny with a Chance star updated her fans, Tweeting,

"To everyone who asked, yes - I'm totally fine! Thank you! Haha just was a huge bummer." 



There is no word on whether another car was involved in the scrape.

Lovato's rep had no comment.
