Friday, 2 October 2009
Dennis Hopper is 'feeling much better' after being rushed to a New York City emergency room on Wednesday for a stomach aliment, his manager tells PEOPLE.
The actor, 73, who was suffering severe flu-like symptoms was treated for dehydration but is 'now back in his hotel room and feeling much better,' manager Sam Maydew says in a statement.
His rep, Sheila Feren, told the Associated press Wednesday that Hopper had been forced to cancel interview appearances to promote his new Starz series Crash. 'Dennis would like to thank everyone for their will wishes,' adds Maydew, 'and he looks forward to getting back to work on Crash.'
