Chris Brown has vowed not to lose his rag with anyone again.
The singer is keen to work through his issues after he pleaded guilty to assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna, 21, before the Grammys in February.
‘I don't think I would get that mad again,’ says Chris, 20. ‘I want to be a man, so I have to be more responsible .... I'd rather walk away.’
Chris has been ordered to complete an anger-management course as part of his sentencing.
‘I want to understand my feelings,’ he tells People. ‘I want to find out what really transpired as far as me that night.
‘Sometimes when you're young you don't know how to express [your emotions], so I think it actually would be helpful to talk to a counsellor or to somebody who has an expertise in what those [feelings] are.
‘If I do [have a problem], I will work with my counsellor and hopefully channel my anger into something like dancing.’
