Sir Alan Sugar is being sued for sexual discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal by a former employee.

Hanna Sebright, 46, is also taking action against the tycoon’s son Simon and The Apprentice 2008 winner Lee McQueen, 31.

She claims they forced her out of the Amscreen company by undermining her position as managing director.

Hanna is believed to be seeking £140,000 in compensation, alleging that her health and career have been affected.

Sir Alan
, 62, his son Simon and Lee strongly dispute the claims.

'Amscreen was notified of these tribunal proceedings on Monday June 8 and they intend to vigorously defend them,’ a spokesman tells the Daily Mail.

'So as not to prejudice the legal process, we will not be making any further comment.'
