Jonathan Rhys Meyers has checked into a rehab facility for alcohol addiction.
The Tudors actor is being treated at a London clinic
‘He just really wants to get better,' says a source. ‘This has been an ongoing battle for him.'
Jonathan, 32, first checked into rehab in April 2007.
His rep has confirmed to People that he is seeking treatment.
