Actor says he made 'an arrogant mistake'

Sean Penn and Robin Wright have patched up their marriage

Sean Penn and Robin Wright have called off their divorce for the second time.

The couple, who have been married for 13 years, announced they were splitting last month.

But Sean has now filed a request to dismiss their legal separation case.

‘It was an arrogant mistake,’ he tells the New York Daily News.

Sean, 48, initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but he and Robin reconciled 4 months later.

He was previously married to Madonna.
