Jonathan Wilkes: Robbie Williams will not rejoin Take That

Singer is focusing on his own career

Jonathan Wilkes and Robbie Williams used to live together

Robbie Williams is unlikely to work with Take That again, according to best friend Jonathan Wilkes.

The actor says Robbie, 35, is too busy concentrating on his solo comeback.

‘Take That have had great success and so they should,’ Jonathan, 30, admitted on the Richard And Judy Show.

'I understand that the nation want to go, “Oh, is Rob going back with Take That?” But no, Rob has been in the studio for the last two years writing.'

Robbie, who will release his new album later this year, quit the group in 1995.
