Jack Ryder and Kym Marsh divorce after she admits adultery

Couple don't attend two minute hearing at High Court

Kym Marsh and Jack Ryder's marriage is officially over.

The couple, who weren't at the two-minute divorce hearing, were granted a decree nisi at London’s High Court today.

In the papers, Jack, 27, who split with Kym in March 2008, said he found out about the adultery in July 2008.

‘She has admitted that she has committed adultery, which is ongoing,’ reads the document.

And Kym, in reply to a question asking if she admitted the adultery alleged, said: 'Yes', referring to her relationship with Jamie Lomas, which began before her marriage to Jack was officially over. 

Coronation Street star Kym, 32, didn’t contest the claim and agreed to pay part of the legal bill.

Kym started dating Hollyoaks actor Jamie, 28, after the split and they announced their engagement in December.

They lost son Archie Jay earlier this year, when he was born 18 weeks early.   

Kym, who plays Michelle Connor in Corrie has kids David, 13, and Emily, 10, from a previous relationship.
