Rock chick opens up about her latest stint in rehab

Kelly Osbourne spent 3 weeks in rehab

Kelly Osbourne fears she would have ended up dead if she hadn't gone to rehab.

The rock chick admits she checked into a treatment centre in January because she started using downers to sleep in the day.

‘I knew if I didn't get help, I would die,’ she says. ‘I'm getting a second chance [at my career] and I want to be present for it.’

The 24-year-old, who is engaged to model Luke Worrall, 20, says she became addicted to pills when she was a teenager.

‘I had my tonsils taken out [at age 13], and they gave me liquid Vicodin,’ Kelly tells People.

‘I found, when I take this, people like me. I'm having fun, I'm not getting picked on. It became a confidence thing.’
