Britney Spears’ dad in court to extend Sam Lutfi restraining order
Britney Spears’ dad appeared in court yesterday to request a long-term restraining order against her former manager.
Jamie Spears claims Sam Lutfi, 34, has been trying to undermine his authority as conservator of Britney’s estate, wellbeing and finances.
‘When [Sam] was in so-called control, she'd lost everything – her kids and career,’ Jamie told the court.
‘I believe he's a predator, I believe he's very dangerous to her...and causes her a lot of anguish and disbelief.
'We've asked him to go away before, and now he's coming back. We just want the man to go away. Just leave us alone.’
Sam denies he's been harassing Britney, 27.
The hearing will resume tomorrow.
