Pregnant Holly Willoughby: I don’t know if I’ll be back on The Xtra Factor

Presenter still in talks with show bosses

Holly Willoughby replaced Fearne Cotton on The Xtra Factor in 2008

Holly Willoughby might not return as host of The Xtra Factor.

The 27-year-old is expecting her first child with producer husband Dan Baldwin in May – just weeks before filming for the 2009 ITV2 show begins.

Holly wants to have plenty of time at home to look after her new baby.

‘I don’t know if I’ll be back,’ she admits. ‘It’s going to be shortly after the arrival, and I don’t know if I want to rush. I need to decide soon.

‘I love being in The X Factor, but we’ve got to see if we can work it out.’

A show spokeswoman confirmed that a deal is yet to be finalised.

‘We fully anticipate Holly’s return and in light of her pregnancy talks are ongoing,’ she tells The Sun.
