John Travolta holds private funeral for son Jett

Family gathers at Florida home to remember teen

John Travolta & wife Kelly Preston are mourning the death of ther son Jett

John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston held a private memorial service for their son Jett at their Florida home yesterday.

The 16-year-old passed away last week on a family holiday in the Bahamas following a seizure.

Jett, who was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, was cremated on Monday and John flew back with the ashes for the funeral.

The service is said to have been carried out according to the teachings of Scientology.

He and Kelly, 46, are also parents to Ella Bleu, 8.
