David Beckham: I'm not charging £450k for interview

Rep says footballer hasn't requested huge fee

David Beckham has been living in the States since joining LA Galaxy

David Beckham has rubbished reports he’s demanding £450,000 for an exclusive telly chat in Italy.

The footballer has moved to the country to join soccer team AC Milan on loan from LA Galaxy.

And reports claimed he was charging RAI.tv the hefty sum for an interview. 

But a rep for David, 33, has set the record straight.

‘All interviews are paid for in Italy,’ his spokesman tells the Daily Star. ‘But he’s never charged for an interview in his life.

'We are not sure where this has come from. No serious offer has come.’
