Singer wears diamond on her ring finger

Lily Allen has dated Chemical Brother Ed Simons in the past

Lily Allen has fuelled speculation that her art mogul boyfriend Jay Joplin has proposed.

The singer was seen out in London wearing a diamond on her ring finger yesterday.

But a spokesman for Lily, 23, insists she's not engaged to Jay, 45.

The pair were seen smooching while on holiday in the Caribbean island of St Bart's last week.

Dad-of-two Jay split from artist wife Sam Taylor-Wood in September.
