Guy Ritchie to open pub in New York

Director wants to be near to his kids

Guy Ritchie is said to be considering about setting up a bar in New York.

The director thinks it will be a great place to expand his empire as his sons Rocco, 8, and adopted David Banda, 3, will be living in the city with his ex-wife Madonna.

He’s thought to have asked estate agents to find a property similar to his London pub The Punchbowl.

‘A lot of New Yorkers told Punchbowl staff they wish they had something like that over there,’ a source tells the Sunday Mirror.

‘And if Guy has business in New York he would have a great excuse to have proper days out with the kids.’

Guy, 40, and Madonna, 50, were granted a decree nisilast month after almost 8 years of marriage.

Madge is also mum to daughter Lourdes, 12, with ex Carlos Leon.
