Ashley Olsen denies she has plans to wed

Actress is not engaged to boyfriend

Ashley Olsen has a twin sister

There are no wedding bells in Ashley Olsen's near future, according to her rep.

"Contrary to several tabloid reports, Ashley Olsen is not engaged to be married," Nicole Caruso said in a statement exclusively to PEOPLE Wednesday. "Ashley is dating Justin Bartha and they are very happy."

Earlier this week tabloid reports began surfacing that Olsen, 22, and Bartha, 30, are planning an elaborate $1 million wedding in the South of France.

In September, Olsen visited her actor beau on the set of his movie The Hangover in Las Vegas. Last month, they were spotted getting cozy over dinner at L.A.'s Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar.
