Alesha Dixon: I was embarrassed when MC Harvey cheated

Singer didn’t want to be seen as a victim

Alesha Dixon didn't like people feeling sorry for her when her husband was unfaithful.

The star's ex MC Harvey cheated on her with singer Javine Hylton, 26.

‘I found it embarrassing more than anything,’ she tells Metro. 'I don’t see myself as a victim.’

Alesha, 30, split with the former So Solid Crew member, 29, in 2006.

‘We all go through crap in life,’ she says. ‘I just had to deal with my situation with everyone knowing about it. I’ve moved on now.’

MC Harvey, real name Michael Harvey Jnr, now has a 9-month-old baby, Angel, with Javine.

Alesha was the winner of the BBC show Strictly Come Dancing last year.
