Fall Out Boy star is happy with his life now

Pete Wentz loves married life

Pete Wentz has credited wife Ashlee Simpson with getting his life back on track.

The Fall Out Boy star, 29, tried to commit suicide in 2005.

But after meeting Ashlee, 24, in March 2007, Pete has become more grounded.

The pair, who wed in May, are expecting their first child.  

‘It’s weird how things change,’ he tells The Sun. ‘This year has been a good one.

'My wife has brought a balance to my life that I could never have described to anyone.

‘She’s the giant beam that I walk across and holds me up. But she’s also my safety net in case I fall.

'Being married has changed my life more than I could have imagined.’
