Actress's mum Dina Lohan rubbishes rumours of clash on Ugly Betty

Lindsay Lohan is currently in a relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan's mum Dina has spoken out about rumours of bitchiness between her daughter and actress America Ferrara on the set of Ugly Betty.

The 22-year-old actress's guest slot on the hit show was cut from 6 to 4 episodes – and there were claims this was due to a feud with co-star America, 24.

But Dina claims there is no truth in the rumours and her daughter enjoyed her stint on the show.

‘It was just silly,’ she tells People. ‘America's a doll.

‘It was long hours – [Lindsay's] not used to television – but it was fun.’
