Pregnant Charlotte Church: I'm taking a break from work

Singer wants to concentrate on her family with Gavin Henson

Charlotte Church has a farmhouse outside Cardiff, complete with pigs, goats, geese and chickens!

Pregnant Charlotte Church has decided to quit showbiz for a while to become a full-time mum.

The singer, who has daughter Ruby, 13 months, with partner Gavin Henson, 26, is expecting her second child in January.

‘I love singing and always want to do that, but my family is most important to me as I don’t want to neglect my responsibilities as a mother,’ Charlotte tells BBC Radio Wales.

‘I’ve just been at home, cooking and cleaning and looking after my gorgeous little baba.’

Charlotte, 22, has also been stocking her farm near Cardiff.

‘We’ve got 2 goats, we’re getting 2 pigs before Christmas, 20 chickens and 2 geese, which we’re going to eat at Christmas,’ she says.
