Portia de Rossi: Married life is amazing

Actress is thrilled to have tied the knot with Ellen DeGeneres

Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres have no plans to go on honeymoon after their romantic wedding - they're far too busy.

The couple, who have been dating since December 2004, tied the knot on Saturday, just weeks after California overturned its ban on same-sex marriages.

Portia, 35, is delighted to be a newlywed and says she feels 'amazing'.

Insiders say the ceremony, which was held at the Beverly Hills home 50-year-old Ellen shares with her bride, was an intimate affair with only a handful of guests.

‘They were hugging and kissing and looked ecstatic,’ an onlooker tells Us Weekly.

‘Ellen was helping Portia with the train of her [Zac Posen] dress, which looked like a Cinderella tutu.’
