Friends of Jennifer Aniston say she dumped musician John Mayer

Jennifer Aniston is said to have ended her relationship with John Mayer.

The musician was rumoured to have given Jen, 39, the push.

But friends of the actress insist it was her decision.

‘She finds him funny, sexy, and very talented,’ a pal tells the Chicago Sun-Times.

'But in the end, she told him she wanted stability and loyalty and wasn’t sure she was getting it.'

Jen divorced Brad Pitt, 44, in 2004, shortly before he started dating Angelina Jolie, 33.

A spokesman for Jen declined to comment.
