Singer splashes out on limited edition collector's item for hubby

Madonna bought the gift for Guy Ritchie to cheer up up after press speculation about their marriage

Madonna has splashed out on a motorbike and sidecar for her husband Guy Ritchie.

The singer, 49, paid £12,000 for the limited edition 1938 BMW R71 from a specialist dealer.

‘She really wanted to treat Guy after a few weeks of going through the mill,’ an insider tells the News Of The World.

‘He told her years ago that he’d always wanted to own a WWII-era bike with sidecar.’

Last week, Madonna and Guy, 39, rubbished rumours of a divorce, insisting they are happily married.
