Hollywood star admits she evens has nicknames for each of them

Brigitte Nielsen underwent plastic surgery live on German TV earlier this month and reckons she’s happier than ever with her new figure.

‘I feel like a sex symbol again – I know how to work my new look and I’ve regained my inner confidence too,’ she says.

‘I love my boobies. I’ve always had an outrageous relationship with them.’

Brigitte, 45, had a facelift, breast lift, fat injections in her face, liposuction on her thighs and a new set of teeth.

She is married to Mattia Dessi, 30.
