Actor makes statement after he's snapped with Sienna Miller

Balthazar Getty has split from his wife Rosetta

Balthazar Getty has released a statement announcing his separation from wife Rosetta Getty.

The dad-of-four, who was recently pictured kissing a topless Sienna Miller, 26, confirmed the split yesterday.

‘In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated,’ he says.

The Brothers And Sisters star, 33, was photographed holidaying with Sienna on a yacht off the Amalfi coast in Italy.

Balthazar’s wife, Rosetta is said to be devastated by the snaps.

‘It’s humiliating,’ a friend tells People. ‘Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly.'
