Jessica Alba had Honor Marie last month

Jessica Alba says giving birth to daughter Honor Marie was like meditating.

The actress, who had her first child last month, claims it was a quiet, peaceful experience.

‘I didn’t scream. It was really like Zen. The labour was more like meditation,’ Jessica, 27, tells OK!

‘I did yoga breathing. I was focused. I ate a lot of soul food before she was born.’

And her husband Cash Warren, 29, admires the way she remained composed during the delivery.

‘She didn’t make a sound. It was amazing,’ he gushes.
