Kelsey Grammer released from hospital after heart attack

Actor returns to his home in Hawaii

Kelsey Grammer leaves hospital

Kelsey Grammer has been given the all clear to leave hospital following his heart attack last week.

The Frasier star, 53, was taken ill on Saturday while paddle-boarding with his wife Camille, 39.

‘Kelsey is resting comfortably at his Hawaiian home,’ rep Stan Rosenfield tells Us Weekly.

‘He wishes to thank those who phoned, emailed or wrote expressions of concern to him.’

Kelsey played psychiatrist Dr Frasier Crane for 20 years on TV show Cheers and his own spin-off series, Frasier.

His heart scare comes 3 weeks after his latest US sitcom, Back to You, was axed.

The series, in which he starred as a womanising TV news host, lasted just 1 season.
