Jack Black announces the birth of his second child

Jack Black and his wife Tanya Haden have welcomed their second child, PEOPLE has learned.

"I have a new one," Black, 38, told reporters Saturday at the junket for his animated movie, Kung Fu Panda, in Beverly Hills. "It's eating every three hours."

Name and birth details were not immediately available. Older brother Samuel turns 2 in June.

When talking with Kung Fu Panda producer Melissa Cobb about his dad duties, Black said, "Hours in the night, oh I have been," adding to reporters, "You just got to make all the time precious with the babies when you're working ... You get an hour in the morning, and an hour at night, and you really make the most of that time."

To bond with Samuel, the Tenacious D rocker said he's "pretty proud of" a mix he recently made the toddler on his iPod. "He's got great rhythm and loves to dance. I think I cracked the code," he said.

The mix includes Dee-Lite's "Groove Is in the Heart", Abba's "Dancing Queen," Weezer's "Surf Wax USA," and Stevie Wonder's "Higher Ground," which, according to Black has "lots of good jams ... I recommend it for people with little babies."
