Report: Britney Spears sued for $50,000 over bill

Wardrobe consultant claims for unpaid wages

Britney Spears needs to close out a clothes bill, says a Las Vegas wardrobe consultant.

Nancy Rosu, who reportedly has helped the pop star by buying and shipping clothes to Spears and her children, filed a complaint on Jan. 18 claiming she's not been paid since August 2007, says the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Rosu is seeking more than $50,000, according to the paper, which quotes Rosu's attorney, Natricia Tricano, as saying two months' worth of attempts to reach Spears proved unsuccessful.

Even so, Rosu would like to leave the door open to patching things up with Britney. "There's no ill will or hard feelings," Tricano said. "I know she's got a lot of things going on in her life."

The paper did not have a comment from Spears's camp.
