Baby boy for Christina Aguilera

Singer names her son Max

Christina Aguilera became mum to a baby boy yesterday.

The singer, who was on the same ward as Nicole Richie Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, had her son just a day after Nicole had her daughter.

Christina, 27, is married to music marketing executive Jordan Bratman who she met in 2002.

'Christina and Jordan are proud to announce the birth of their son Max Liron Bratman,' a source tells People.com. 'He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy. Mom is resting and doing well.'

Max weighed in at 6 lbs 2 oz.
