Diddy says he never loved J.Lo

Rapper claims Kim Porter was always his true sweetheart

Hip-hop mogul Diddy has admitted that when he dated Jennifer Lopez six years ago, he was still in love with old flame Kim Porter, the mother of his eight-year-old son, Christian.

Diddy, 36 – real name Sean Combs and formally known as Sean John, P.Diddy, Puff Daddy, Puff, and Puffy – says: 'When I was with Jennifer I got caught up. She was fine.

'The hype can pull you together, and it’s feeling good, and the relationship is genuine. There was love there, but it just wasn’t this type of love.'

In 2003 he and Kim rekindled their romance and she is now pregnant with his twin daughters

'The relationship that gave me the most inspiration was the relationship with Kim,' says Diddy. 'It's my most long-term relationship. It's had a lot of ups and downs, and it made for a lot of great songs.'
