The Duchess of Cambridge is keeping her blood pressure down
Pregnant Kate Middleton has had a tough time with severe morning sickness, but now the Duchess of Cambridge is feeling more serene.
Maintaining a healthy physique is very important to Kate, 31, and we can reveal that she’s taken up Pilates.
A source says: ‘She’s been doing it three times a week because she feels it’s the best type of exercise for her – unlike yoga, she can focus on specific areas of her body.’
She also loves to walk her black cocker spaniel Lupo, who we’re told is a great comfort to her.
‘Having Lupo by her side while Wills has been away has actually brought her blood pressure down,’ says a pal.
