Kate has a calming routine and enjoys a dip
Kate Middleton‘s the mum-to-be the whole world is watching.
Now, as the Duchess of Cambridge enters the final phase of her pregnancy, with just nine weeks left, we speak to royal correspondent Robert Jobson to find out what’s really going on inside Kate Middleton‘s baby bubble.
Kate‘s emergency dash to hospital on 2 December with extreme morning sickness forced the Duchess to reveal her baby news early.
But after that rocky start, Kate seems to be taking pregnancy in her stride, ignoring pleas from Prince William to cut back on Royal engagements and raising hemlines – and eyebrows – in a series of high street frocks.
Royal expert Robert is adamant that Kate‘s flying through the final months.
He says: ‘Kate‘s not at all stressed – she just has the usual worries of an expectant mother.’
It’s a remarkable feat for a first-time mum who’s carrying the future heir to the throne.
But Kate, who’s been athletic ever since she made the Marlborough College school hockey team, has a secret for beating the stress: she escapes for secret swimming sessions.
‘She likes to swim in the Palace pool,’ reveals Robert.
‘She gets there whenever she can for some private relaxation.’
Kate‘s also likely to use swimming to help her bounce back to her tiny size 6 shape after giving birth in mid-July.
She’ll also continue her yoga sessions, which she’s been doing every other day during her pregnancy.
