Harry Styles ended up getting photobombed as he toured the sites of Washington DC yesterday.

The One Direction singer, 19, was posing with a thumbs-up sign in front of a statue of assassinated US president Abraham Lincoln when another man crept into his shot.

'Three guys, just hanging out,' joked Harry next to the funny Instagram picture.

Harry - who's on the North American leg of the group's Take Me Home world tour - enjoyed a rare evening off from gigging last night.

He and his band mate Niall Horan got the chance to watch The Rolling Stones at the capital's Verizon Centre, where 1D had played the night before.

Harry is a big fan of the veteran rockers and has been spotted wearing T-shirts with their logo emblazoned across them more than once.

'The Rolling Stones,' Tweeted the curly-haired heartthrob after the show.
