Kate Middleton suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction as she made her way to a wedding in Oxfordshire on Saturday.

The front of the pregnant Duchess's £38 Topshop dress ballooned and lifted in the wind, revealing the tops of her thighs to waiting photographers.

This isn't the first time that Kate has struggled with her polka-dot number in the British weather.

Last month, the pretty frock exposed a little too much when it flew up at the back during a visit the Warner Bros Studios with Prince William and Prince Harry.

At the weekend, Kate, 31, was attending the nuptials of friends William van Cutsem and Rosie Ruck Keene at St Mary The Virgin Church in the village of Ewelme.

The van Cutsems have been friends with Kate and William, 30, for many years and the groom's niece Grace was a flower girl at the Royal Wedding.

William - believed to be an usher - arrived at the ceremony separately, reportedly in a 16-seater minibus.

He wore the same morning suit, blue striped shirt and red tie as the groom.
