Anastacia has been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time.

The singer's been forced to cancel all performances - including her upcoming European tour - until further notice while she undergoes treatment.

'I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to It's A Man's World tour,' says Anastacia, 44.

'It just breaks my heart to disappoint them.'

Anastacia has been in remission since she first battled breast cancer in 2003 and now lives by the motto: 'Don't ever let cancer get the best of you'.

She's planning to continue writing and recording her new album and hopes to schedule a new tour as soon as she can.

Anastacia also suffers from inflammatory bowel disorder Crohn's disease and was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia in 2008, which causes varied and rapid heartbeats.
