Kristen Stewart has spoken out - albeit indirectly - about the affair which caused her break-up with Robert Pattinson. 

She apologised publicly to Robert, 26, when she was caught cheating with director Rupert Sanders, 41, and the pair split up for three months.

'If you're honest you'll make mistakes but that's when the most interesting things happen,' Kristen, 22, says.

'I used to just stay in my hotel room rather than deal with everything, but if you get too caught up in what others think you become a really disjointed person.'
