Although Josie Gibson is taking control of her weight, she's suffered a setback.
'I've had a dicky belly for days and I've gained 2lb,' says Josie, 27.
'Still, I'm about a stone off my dream weight and on track for 10st by Christmas - or at least I would be if Lukey stopped being a secret feeder.
'He keeps grabbing my arse and telling me I need to get my batty back.
'I still managed to fit into my dress at the weekend for a girls' night out in Cardiff, though.
'Dane Bowers invited me to a club he was DJing at and sorted us a private table and champers.
'I didn't touch a drop, though - the fizz isn't on my diet.
'We had a fab night up until I fainted and knocked myself out on the way up to the hotel room.
'The last thing I remember is face-f***ing the floor.
'I must've given myself concussion because I was sick as a dog.
'I called Lukey for sympathy and the cheeky bugger was having a house party at ours so couldn't hear me properly!
'I've got a neck brace on and it's so sore, but I'm still training down the gym.'
