The promo for Screw You was created with the help of the singer's fans.
They sent Cheryl, 29, images of the song's lyrics written out in arty ways.
Screw You has received a lot of attention, with it being speculated that the track was written about Ashley Cole and Chezza's former boss Simon Cowell.
Former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl will perform the tune on Strictly Come Dancing in November.
