One Direction have enjoyed incredible success since they rose to fame on The X Factor in 2010 - but they still don't all own their homes.
Despite recent reports of the boys earning £40 million in a year, Liam Payne and Niall Horan, 19, haven't moved out of the north London complex their label Syco provided for them two years ago.
'Only Niall and Liam are left and they still pay just a fraction of the rent, with management picking up the rest of the tab,' a source tells The Sun.
'The rent they are paying is a token amount because their bosses want to teach them they'll have to pay all of their rent at some stage.'
Zayn Malik, 19, Louis Tomlinson, 20, and Harry Styles have all branched out and bought places of their own and it seems Liam, 19, will soon follow in their footsteps.
It's likely that the singer will move to posh London area Primrose Hill to be near Harry, 18, who has snapped up a bachelor pad in the area.
