Kate Middleton and Prince William were on their Diamond Jubilee Tour when the topless pictures were printed

Columnist Liz Jones believes the Kate Middleton topless photos controversy is 'a storm in a B-cup'.

She blames the Duchess for the whole situation - despite admitting she hasn't seen the photographs.

'I am not on her side in this case,' writes Liz, 53.

'I feel she has, finally, slipped up and brought the scandal upon herself.'

Liz's comments come just days after French courts labelled the snaps as a 'brutal' invasion of the 30-year-old's privacy.

'The reason is that women shouldn't go topless in the first place,' Liz writes in The Daily Mail.

'There is something blatantly exhibitionist, but also smug and superior, about women who flaunt their breasts on the beach.'

Of course, Kate was holidaying in a remote private chateau in Provence when she decided to relax and bare her boobs.

Last month, Amanda Holden brandished Liz Jones a 'woman-hater' following comments the writer made regarding the Britain's Got Talent judge's appearance.
