Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson both stepped out at red carpet events last night - but made sure they were thousands of miles apart.
Robert joined his Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner and director Bill Condon at the MTV Video Music Awards in LA to present a brand-new Breaking Dawn: Part 2 trailer to the audience.
He's said to have seemed happy as he chatted with Taylor, 20, and others before taking to the stage.
Meanwhile, Kristen marked her first public appearance since news of her cheating on Rob, 26, broke in July by promoting her new film On The Road at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The actress, 22, looked sophisticated in a sheer long-sleeved midi with a sequin flower print, but appeared a little awkward when she crossed her arms on the red carpet.
She later loosened up when her fans showed that they may be willing to forgive her for romancing married director Rupert Sanders.
The crowd reportedly cheered: 'Kristen, I love you!' as she made her way into the screening.
