The Call My Name singer is getting ready to hit the road with her A Million Lights tour in October and she's clearly working up a sweat.

It's the first time that Chezza will perform solo, having previously done several successful tours with Girls Aloud, and it seems that the star might have got a bit carried away with the excitement.

But she has such a contented grin on her face, we wonder if new squeeze Tre Holloway took the snap.
Cheryl's arena tour kicks off on 3 October in Belfast and ends in her home city of Newcastle on 17 October.
