Usain Bolt is delighted about his London 2012 success

Usain Bolt had a wild night out in London on Saturday night to celebrate his 3 gold medals in the 2012 Olympics.

The star sprinter, known as Lightning Bolt, shared a £80,000 bottle of gold champagne with pals.

Usain started the party at Puma Yard in Brick Lane, where he interrupted the music to tell the crowd of his pride at what he'd achieved.

‘I came to London to become a legend,' said Usain, 25.

‘And now I am a legend.'

Later on the Jamaican moved on to Movida in the West End and headed up a VIP table with guests including boxers Lennox Lewis and Amir Khan.

‘Everyone was mobbing him and trying to get a picture,' a source tells Metro.

‘He didn't seem to mind. He was in really high spirits.

‘The boys were treated to 80 grand's worth of booze when a monster 15-litre gold bottle of Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades champagne was plonked on the table.'

After taking to the decks to DJ at 2.30am, Usain finally called it a night at 6am when he was seen leaving in a taxi with relay teammate Yohan Blake and a mystery blonde.
